Commercial Invoice
Issued by the foreign supplier, with a detailed description of the goods, unit price, total value and transport terms.
Packing List
Detailed recording of the contents of each box, with reference to gross and net weight.
Quality Certificates
Certificates that prove the quality and compliance of products, such as Declaration of Conformity, CE Certificate, OEKOTEX, CITES, etc.
Certificate of Origin
It confirms the origin of the goods and is necessary for calculating preferential tariffs.
Movement Certificates
EUR-1, ATR or Form-A, as applicable, for goods subject to special traffic conditions.
Bill of Lading / Transport Document
• AWB for air transport
• Bill of Lading (BoL) for sea transport
• CMR for road transport
Prescriptive
Title of ownership of the goods, issued by the agency that mediates the transportation.
Import Approval
Required for certain categories of goods, depending on the legislation.
EORI Number
Unique identification number for transactions with Customs.
Authorizations
Printed and electronic authorization at our office for representation at the Customs Authorities.
Proof of Transfer Abroad
Proof of payment via bank (SWIFT), Paypal, Western Union or other method, proving the transfer of money to the supplier.
